Beta applications
H2O IT Solutions Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 12041271), 9 Lloyd Street, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 2UU is the controller of the details you send with this form. We collect your name, business name, email, country, roughly how many weddings you plan a year, what you use today and your language, only to respond to your application to the beta programme. They are stored in the EU. If your application isn't taken forward, they are deleted after 6 months; if you join, they stay with your account. To see or delete your details at any time, email [email protected].
Proposals from your wedding planner
When your wedding planner sends you a proposal through Matriplan, the page records when it was opened, and, if you choose an option, the name you type, the time, your IP address and your browser, so your planner has a record of your choice. If you decline, any reason you give is passed to your planner. Choosing an option is not a contract: your contract follows separately. Your planner is responsible for this information about you; to see or delete it, contact them.
Contact form
When you use the contact form, H2O IT Solutions Ltd uses your name, email address, topic and message only to reply to you. The message is emailed to our inbox through our email provider, Resend, and is not stored in Matriplan's database. Our email log keeps your email address, the topic and the time you sent it for 90 days, so we can check that messages arrive; it never keeps the message itself.
